Fees & Deposit

First monthly subscription fee of $30 (includes device and service plan)
No activation fee
No SIM card fee 

Connectivity Terms

Coverage is subject to terms and conditions of T-Mobile, coverage and speeds may vary by location and usage. Customers are expected to comply with acceptable use policies as outlined by T-Mobile.

Device Ownership & Return

The device remains the property of Kliving during the term of subscription. It must be returned in good working condition to avoid charge of replacement cost. 

Early Termination & Cancellation

Cancel anytime, your contract will end at the end of month. 

Device Return

Device must be returned in good working condition upon cancellation. You will have 10 days to drop off your device using return shipping label provided. You will be charged a full replacement cost of $250 if the device is not returned or damaged. 

Customer's Responsibilities

Maintain the device, comply with these terms, report issues timely, and keep the account in good standing. Lost/stolen devices are the customer's responsibility.

Default & Enforcement

Non-payment or misuse may result in service suspension, remote device lock, and collection actions for recovery of past due amounts.

Governing Law & Amendments

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Carrier or Company may amend terms with appropriate notice to the Customer.

Payment Authorization

Customer authorizes Kliving LLC. to charge the payment method provided at the time of enrollment (credit card or debit card) on a recurring monthly basis for the duration of the subscription. Charges will include the Monthly Fee, and any charges for not returning the device. 

This authorization remains in effect until the Agreement is completed, terminated, or revoked in writing with a minimum of 5 business days' notice. Customer agrees to keep the payment method valid and up-to-date throughout the contract period.

Customer acknowledges and agrees that failure to maintain valid payment may result in service interruption, device lockout, and collection of past due amounts through third-party agencies where permitted by law.
