You pay a fixed monthly fee of $30 that includes unlimited home internet service and the device needed to connect.
2. Is the device free?
The device is included with your subscription, but it is not free. It remains the property of PhoneRental 24 Inc. and must be returned if you cancel service.
3. How fast is the internet?
Speeds vary by location, but you’ll get unlimited 4G/5G home internet suitable for streaming, working, and learning online.
4. When will I be billed?
Billing happens automatically on the same date each month, starting from the day you sign up.
5. Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. You get a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy with the service, you can cancel within the first 30 days and return the device with no early termination fee.
6. Can I cancel before 12 months?
Yes, but an early termination fee of $100 will apply unless you cancel within the 30-day Free Trial period.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards and we are adding more payments methods.
8. What happens if my payment fails?
We’ll notify you and retry the payment. If it still doesn’t go through, your subscription may be paused until payment is completed.
9. When do I get my refundable deposit back?
After completing your 12-month term and deciding not to renew, we will send back your $30 refundable deposit after receiving the device and all required payments.
