HomeWifi30 privacy policy

Last updated .

1. Who we are

HomeWifi30 is provided by Lumoon Vision, Inc. (“Lumoon Vision”) in partnership with Mission Telecom, and is serviced by KLiving LLC, which handles billing and customer support. When you sign up for HomeWifi30 you also create (or reuse) a KLiving account — a single account that works across every KLiving brand. This policy covers data we collect on the HomeWifi30 marketing site and data handled inside the KLiving customer app for your HomeWifi30 subscription. Lumoon Vision respects your privacy and complies with applicable laws.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide directly: your name, email, phone number, shipping and service address, billing details, eligibility self-attestation, and any messages you send support.

Service and device data: for your HomeWifi30 subscription we store your device's serial number, signal quality metrics, plan status, and payment history. Our network partner, T-Mobile, may collect network data to deliver the service and ensure service compliance.

Automatically collected: your IP address, device and browser information (such as browser type and operating system), pages visited, referrer URLs, ad click identifiers in the link you arrived on, and interaction timestamps, on this marketing site and in the KLiving customer app. Analytics and marketing cookies and similar technologies are used only with your consent — see our cookie settings.

3. How we use your information

  • Provision and ship your HomeWifi30 device
  • Verify 5G coverage at your address before activation
  • Process subscription payments and manage billing
  • Send service updates, billing notices, and security alerts
  • Provide customer support and warranty coverage
  • Improve the site and service through aggregate analytics (when you consent)
  • Measure how our ads perform and show HomeWifi30 ads to people who have visited our site (only when you turn on marketing)
  • Comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud

4. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with our payments processor (Chargebee), our network partner (T-Mobile, for 5G service provisioning), our shipping and fulfillment providers, our customer-support, email, and messaging providers, and authorities when required by law. Other KLiving brands do not receive your HomeWifi30 account data except where you explicitly opt in to a cross-brand feature.

Advertising partners. When you turn on marketing, we share some information with advertising and social networks — Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and TikTok — so we can measure how our ads perform and show HomeWifi30 ads to people who have visited our site. Klaviyo also receives your onsite activity to personalize our email and SMS. Under California law this counts as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising, even though we receive no payment for it. What we send:

  • Identifiers: your IP address, browser and device information, cookie and ad click identifiers, and your email address and phone number in hashed (one-way scrambled) form so the partner can match the visit to an account it already has
  • Internet activity: the page you were on and what you did — for example, that you clicked a sign-up button, created an account, or started checkout
  • Commercial information: that you bought HomeWifi30 and the price

We have shared these categories with advertising networks and social networks in the past 12 months. Your name, service and shipping address, and eligibility details are never shared for advertising, and neither is your device or signal data. We have no actual knowledge of sharing the personal information of anyone under 16.

Advertising sharing is off until you turn on marketing in our cookie banner, and you can turn it off at any time on our cookie settings page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out and stop this sharing on our servers as well as in your browser. When you follow a link from this site to another KLiving site (for example to account.kliving.org to check out), the choice you made goes with you for that visit, so we don't ask again. A KLiving site you open directly asks you there, and a choice made on that site always wins.

5. Third-party privacy (T-Mobile)

HomeWifi30 runs on the T-Mobile network, so T-Mobile's policies also apply to the network portion of your service:

6. Your privacy rights

You may access, update, or delete your data at any time via our Contact page. If you are a California resident, you have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information under CCPA/CPRA. To opt out of sharing, turn off marketing on our cookie settings page, or turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser — we apply it automatically and the cookie settings page shows when it is being honored. Use our contact form (choose the Privacy topic) to exercise any of these rights.

7. Data retention

We keep account records for as long as your HomeWifi30 subscription is active, and for up to 7 years after close for tax and accounting reasons. Device signal-quality metrics are aggregated and anonymized after 12 months. Advertising partners keep what they receive under their own privacy policies.

8. Data security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Account passwords are hashed with modern algorithms; payment data never touches our servers in raw form.

9. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when the service or regulations change. Material changes come with email notice and a banner on this site.
