HomeWifi30 terms of service

Provider: Lumoon Vision, Inc. (“LV”) in partnership with Mission Telecom, serviced by KLiving LLC.

1. Acceptance of terms

By purchasing, activating, or using HomeWifi30 (the “Service”), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms form a binding agreement between you (“Customer”) and Lumoon Vision, Inc., including its service partners, KLiving LLC and affiliates.

By checking the box at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and all related policies, including our Privacy Policy.

2. Service description

HomeWifi30 provides affordable, reliable 4G LTE and 5G wireless broadband service across the contiguous United States (mainland states and the District of Columbia) for a flat $30 per month. The Service includes unlimited data, subject to network coverage, availability, and device compatibility. We do not ship equipment to or offer Service in Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, or Puerto Rico.

Network management practices and performance are governed by T-Mobile's Acceptable Use Policy, Open Internet Disclosures, and Mission Telecom's Terms of Service. HomeWifi30 is intended for personal, educational, and professional purposes, helping individuals stay connected for school, work, and essential communication. KLiving, as a servicing partner, provides billing and customer services.

3. Acceptable use policy

You agree to use HomeWifi30 responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and partner policies. You may not:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
  • Resell, share, or redistribute the Service or equipment.
  • Engage in excessive or abusive usage that interferes with network performance or other users.
  • Attempt to bypass, modify, or compromise the Service or underlying network.

Violation of these conditions may result in suspension or termination of Service without refund.

4. Service availability and limitations

HomeWifi30 is available in the contiguous United States (mainland states and the District of Columbia). We do not ship to or offer Service in Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, or Puerto Rico. Service quality may vary based on:

  • Network congestion, device limitations, or local infrastructure
  • Environmental conditions or maintenance schedules
  • Third-party network performance

LV and its partners provide the Service “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted connectivity, specific speeds, or coverage guarantees.

5. Termination and suspension

LV reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Service, without notice, if:

  • False information is provided during registration or eligibility confirmation.
  • The Service is misused, resold, or used in violation of these Terms.
  • Unlawful or fraudulent activity is detected.

Termination may occur immediately and without refund upon confirmation of misuse or fraud.

6. Your account, billing, and cancellation

You manage HomeWifi30 through your KLiving account at account.kliving.org. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Subscriptions renew monthly. You can cancel any time from your account hub. When you cancel, your Service ends immediately and we pro-rate the unused portion of the current billing period as a credit. If you cancel within 30 days of signing up, you are eligible for a full refund of the amounts you have paid instead. Any refund owed on cancellation (whether prorated or the 30-day full refund) is issued after we receive your returned equipment (see Section 6a). There are no early-termination or cancellation penalties.

6a. Equipment return and non-return fee

The 5G gateway and any related equipment remain the property of KLiving LLC. Upon cancellation, you must return the equipment within 14 days using the prepaid return label we provide. Ideally pack the gateway in its original packaging, then put that inside a shipping box. Include the charger and cable, and leave the SIM card in the device. If the equipment is not returned within that window, a $250 non-return equipment fee may be charged to the payment method on file. If the $250 fee is charged and you subsequently return the equipment, the fee will be refunded in full once the equipment is received. This equipment fee is separate from the penalty fee described in Section 7.

7. Penalty fee

If LV determines that your account is in violation of these Terms, including misuse, unauthorized redistribution, fraud, or other prohibited activity, LV may assess a one-time $250 penalty fee per incident. This penalty may be charged to your payment method on file or collected through other lawful means.

8. Annual eligibility confirmation

To maintain access to the program, all HomeWifi30 users will receive an annual email confirming continued eligibility. Users simply need to confirm their continued qualification by clicking the acknowledgment link provided. Failure to confirm within the timeframe stated in the email may result in temporary suspension until confirmation is received. LV does not conduct account reviews, request documentation, or collect income information.

9. Changes to terms

LV may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or posted on our official website. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Hudson County, New Jersey.

  • Available in mainland US states and the District of Columbia only (not Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, or Puerto Rico).
  • Intended for individual use only; group or commercial accounts are not supported.
  • Must be used primarily for education, workforce development, or essential communication purposes.

Agreement and compliance

By checking the box at checkout, you agree to these HomeWifi30 Terms and Conditions.

Prohibited activities

Your participation may be revoked if you:

  • Provide false or misleading information during signup.
  • Resell, share, or redistribute the Service.
  • Use the Service for unlawful or inappropriate purposes.
  • Engage in behavior that degrades network performance for others.

Disqualification

LV reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to HomeWifi30 for any violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or unauthorized use of the Service.
